We would like to introduce a case of water quality purification and algae removal for cooling water of molding machines (for oil coolers). One month after the installation of the polarizer, the water treated with a powerful magnetic field of over 6000 Gauss showed that the colloidal components' zeta potential (interfacial potential) in the water decreased, causing suspended solids (S.S) in the water to aggregate and settle, resulting in clear water. Additionally, the scale and algae on the surface of the heat exchange copper pipes of the oil cooler in the water were removed, purifying the water quality and improving thermal efficiency. We present a case where over 95% of the attachment was removed, and cleaning was completed with a simple jet wash!

The cooling water for the diesel engine used for self-generation is cooled by a rooftop cooling tower through a plate-type heat exchanger. Every year, this plate-type heat exchanger would accumulate severe scale and dirt, requiring acid cleaning. In the comparison after the installation of the Polar system, over 95% of the accumulation was eliminated, and cleaning was completed with a simple jet wash. Both the client and the management were very satisfied with the effectiveness of the Polar system. Installed a set of three items: polar body, magnetic strainer, and flow meter at a major factory in Saitama Prefecture!

We would like to introduce a case of scale prevention, corrosion protection, and slime countermeasures for a 500RT turbo refrigeration unit at a major factory in Saitama Prefecture. A Polar magnetic water treatment device "PI-65C65A" was installed. When opening the inspection window for the flow meter, the flow rate can be confirmed. Flow rate checks are required at least once a week. Effect on rust on the inner surface of pipes, how effective is it against scale adhesion?

When cooling circulating water is treated magnetically with a Polar Water Conditioner, we conducted tests to determine the effectiveness against rust on the inner surface of pipes and the extent of scale adhesion. The testing method involved two identical cooling systems; one was equipped with the Polar unit, which treated the circulating water through a bypass, while the other remained untreated for comparison. The inner surface of the pipes using the Polar unit showed a coating of white calcium powder crystals adhering to the uneven surface of the pipes, effectively suppressing the progression of rust. A・A・W is a major car navigation manufacturer that has traditionally adopted Polar systems in other factories and recognized their effectiveness, leading to their full adoption in the newly established factory.
